·     The quality consultant is supported to establish a reference quality system which can be used to design and document quality systems for his customers.

·     Support is provided for customer and contract management including customer communication and work logs.

·     Special tools are provided for organisational design, process modelling and documentation, and generation of standard reports.

qBOS-Consultant can be used in conjunction with qBOS-Enterprise, allowing the consultant to deliver an electronic quality management system to his clients. Special support is available to consultants wishing to exploit this option.
